The individual may act as a first line trainer for entry level employees or has advanced knowledge in an additionalarea.\nShift: Monday-Friday; 6 am - 2 pm\nWhat You Will Do:\nConduct basic to complex dimensional measurements\n\nConduct basic to advanced visual cosmetic inspections\n\nConduct part count verification\n\nInspect completed order for packaging accuracy\n\nInspect completed orders for fulfillment accuracy\n\nEnter process information into computer-based data systems\n\nIdentify quality issues relating to manufacturing processes and order fulfillment\n\nInterface with shift supervisor and/or quality control staff regarding order quantities and part quality\n\nCoordinate corrective action as needed to complete orders\n\nTransport parts to designated areas\n\nCommunicate within and without the Quality department as needed\n\nAnalyze and provide feedback regarding, trend data training received/given and the inspection process\n\nAdhere to all quality and safety standards within the department\n\nMaintain clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency, and utilization, and ensure all tools are properly stored and accounted for when not in use\n\nContinually seek to improve work processes and individual performance\n\nAdhere to all company policies and operational procedures\n\nWhat You Bring:\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent\n\nMechanical aptitude:previousexperience in a machine shop, preferably with CNC machining is helpful\n\nStrong teamwork skills\n\nStrong attention to detail and thoroughness is required\n\nMust have the ability acquirethe skills needed for Blueprint/CAD print reading\n\nNavigate 3D models in CAD software\n\nAble to comprehend and follow printed or on computer-screen directions, instructions, or education given from appropriate points of contact\n\nFollowing prescribed sampling plans to complete product inspection\n\nAble to use various measuring devices, including:calipers, thread gauges, pin gauges, digital height gauge\n\nBasic computerand calculatorskills necessary;
