fast-moving environment.\nWhat You Will Do:\nPrepare, review, and post journal entries across various accounting areas in support of the monthly close process\nPerform and review account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of reconciling items\nSupport a fast-paced close process, including variance analysis and flux explanations\nMaintain ownership of assigned areas of the general ledger, ensuring accounting is in accordance with U.S. GAAP\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes, including close optimization, automation opportunities, and standardization\nMaintain and enhance documentation of accounting processes and procedures\nServe as a control owner for key SOX controls\nSupport internal and external audit requests, including testing and documentation preparation\nPartner with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and other business functions\nWhat You Will Bring\n2+ years of Accounting experience\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting\nExperience at a Public Accounting Firm\nGeneral Ledger Experience (Month-End Close, Account Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, General Accounting, Audit Support, Process Improvement, Prepaids, Accruals, Debits and Credits)\nProficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nAbility to perform work in a self-directed manner\nMust be able to work and communicate well within all levels of the organization\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and flexibility to
