You’ll play an important role in coordinating recruitment activities, supporting recruiters and hiring managers, and creating a positive, seamless experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.\nWhat You’ll Do\nGlobal Recruitment Coordination\nPartner with the Global Talent Acquisition team, HR partners, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate recruitment activities and complete administrative hiring processes.\n\nCoordinate interviews across global locations through in-person meetings, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams, including scheduling across multiple time zones.\n\nSupport full-cycle recruitment activities for internal and entry-level positions.\n\nAssist with internship and temporary hiring programmes.\n\nCandidate Communication & Experience\nCommunicate interview schedules, details, and other pre-employment activities to candidates.\n\nAssist candidates with application processes and respond to their questions.\n\nRespond to enquiries from recruitment agencies, prospective candidates, and other stakeholders through in-person interactions, phone, and email.\n\nHelp ensure candidates receive timely communication and a positive recruitment experience.\n\nRecruitment Administration & Hiring Events\nCreate and publish open positions on the Proto Labs careers website and external recruitment platforms.\n\nCoordinate candidate and employee travel arrangements as required.\n\nCoordinate and participate in career fairs and other hiring events with universities and external organisations.\n\nRecommend improvements to recruitment and administrative processes.\n\nSupport other related administrative activities and projects as needed.\n\nWhat It Takes:\nExperience & Education\n1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR coordination, or another administrative function.\n\nA bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.\n\nRecruitment Coordination & Administration\nAbility to coordinate multiple recruitment activities and manage demanding priorities.\n\nExperience, or the ability, to work with multiple stakeholders across different time zones.\n\nStrong organisational skills and a methodical approach to administrative work.\n\nCommunication & Collaboration\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders at different levels.\n\nMindset\nA strong sense of urgency and the ability to assess priorities and manage time effectively.\n\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\n\nFlexibility and adaptability when managing changing priorities.\n\nPersonal integrity and respect for confidential information.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in corporate recruitment and/or HR administration.\n\nAdministrative or coordination experience supporting global stakeholders.\n\nWhat’s In It For You -
