This is a mid-level role for an analyst with 3-5 years of progressive financial analysis experience who is ready to take on greater ownership of financial modeling, forecasting, and business partnering responsibilities. The Financial Analyst will work closely with department leaders and senior finance staff to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast.\nPartner with department and business unit leaders to provide financial insights that inform operational and strategic decisions.\nLead the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecast updates for assigned business units or cost centers.\nAnalyze key business drivers, trends, and performance metrics, and present findings to management in a clear, actionable format.\nSupport month-end and quarter-end close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entry review as needed.\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and improve visibility into business performance.\nIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy.\nAssist with ad hoc financial analysis, including business case development, ROI analysis, and special projects.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related area.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).\nHands-on experience with ERP and financial planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan) preferred.\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.\nSolid understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and core accounting principles.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to non-finance stakeholders.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.\nCPA, CFA, or progress toward these credentials, or an MBA, is a plus but not
