- วิเคราะห์และรวบรวม Requirement จากลูกค้า หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำมาออกแบบโซลูชันที่เหมาะสม- รับ Feedback เกี่ยวกับปัญหาและการปรับปรุงระบบจากทีม Customer Support (CS) และผู้ใช้งาน- ออกแบบโครงสร้าง System Design และ Workflow เพื่อให้ทีมพัฒนานำไปใช้งานได้ง่าย- เขียน Blog อธิบายการทำงานของระบบ- แตกงานออกเป็น Task หรือ User Story ลงใน JIRA หรือเครื่องมือจัดการโปรเจกต์อื่น ๆ- ประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนา (Dev) และ Stakeholder เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าระบบตรงตาม Requirement- ทดสอบระบบก่อนการ Deploy สู่ Production เพื่อให้ระบบทำงานได้ตามที่ออกแบบ- สนับสนุนและให้คำแนะนำทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบ

Qualifications

มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Business Analyst (BA) หรือ System Analyst (SA) อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
เข้าใจหลักการทำงานของ Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) และ Agile/Scrum Methodology
มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี สามารถสื่อสาร Requirement ได้อย่างชัดเจน
สามารถสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับทีมเทคนิค (Dev) และ Non-Tech ได้ดี
สามารถใช้งาน JIRA หรือเครื่องมือจัดการโปรเจกต์อื่น ๆ ได้
มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ FIGMA จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีพื้นฐานด้าน UX/UI, API, SQL หรือการทดสอบระบบ (UAT)
