Under the direct supervision of the Center Manager and overall direction of the Administrative Director, the Center Supervisor will provide direct ABA therapy for learners as an RBT, assist in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coverage, administrative assistance, quality assurance, and assist in the day-to-day needs of our center.\nProud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services families in 10 + states and continues to grow. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.\nResponsibilities\nProvide one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy 60% of weekly scheduled hoursProvide coverage as needed for one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy\nImplement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA\nCollect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress\nSupport BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans\nBe responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families\n\nSupport the Center Manager/Administrative Director in administrative duties no more than 40% of weekly scheduled hoursOwn day-to-day center operations in the Center Manager’s absence\nOpening and closing the location\nHelp to maintain room scheduling\nOversee Pickup and Drop off at center\n\nCarry out routine housekeeping duties to ensure smooth running of the center\nEnsure safety in the center\nQualifications\nActive BACB RBT certification\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nABA methodology knowledge and experience\nStrong ability to build and maintain productive relationships\nOutstanding organizational skills\nExcellent attention to detail\nStrong customer service orientation\nHigh-level problem-solving abilities\nWHAT WE OFFER:\nCompetitive hourly rates\nFull-time hours\nFlexible schedules\nGenerous PTO\nMedical, dental and vision coverage\n401K participation\nEmployee Assistance Programs\nTo apply, please submit your resume.
