This role is hands-on and project-driven, focused on delivering outcomes\nsuch as Azure migrations, Microsoft 365 migrations, Intune deployments, server\nrollouts, and network infrastructure modernization.\nThe ideal candidate is a high-level technical engineer who can independently scope,\ndesign, implement, and document solutions while coordinating with internal teams and\ncustomer stakeholders.\nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES\nMicrosoft Cloud + Azure Projects\nLead and execute Azure migrations, including server/workload moves, hybrid configurations, and modernization projects\nImplement and support:\nAzure AD / Entra ID identity design and best practices\nAzure virtual networking (VNets, routing, peering, VPNs)\n Azure VM deployments and migrations\no Backup and disaster recovery approaches (Azure-based and hybrid)\nMicrosoft 365 / Exchange / Email Migrations\nPerform email and tenant migrations, including:\nMicrosoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations (as applicable)\nExchange on-prem to Microsoft 365 migrations\nGoogle Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations\nExecute both manual and tool-driven migrations (cutover, staged, hybrid where needed)\nTroubleshoot mail flow, DNS, authentication, and client issues (Outlook, mobile devices)\nIntune / Endpoint Management\nDesign and deploy Microsoft Intune for endpoint management across Windows environments.\nImplement:\nDevice enrollment and compliance policies\nConfiguration profiles and endpoint security baselines\nApplication packaging and deployment\nConditional Access best practices in coordination with identity/security requirements\nOn-Prem Server and Infrastructure Deployment\nDeliver customer server projects including:\nNew Windows Server builds and upgrades\nActive Directory design/support (GPO, DNS, DHCP)\nFile server and storage deployments\nVirtualization platform setup (VMware and/or Hyper-V depending on customer needs)\nNetworking / Firewalls / Routing / SD-WAN\nLead network infrastructure upgrades and migrations including:\nFirewall deployments and replacements\nSite-to-site VPN design and implementation\nLAN/WAN design improvements and troubleshooting\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nFortinet FortiGate\nPalo Alto\nMeraki\nImplement and support:\nSD-WAN\nRouting and segmentation (VLANs, static/dynamic routing concepts)\nNetwork cutovers and customer migration planning\nLinux OS / Upgrade Experience\nSupport Linux server environments including:\nOS upgrades and patching\nTroubleshooting services and performance issues\nBasic security best practices and configuration hardening\nDocumentation, Scoping, and Project Execution\nOwn project success from start to finish:\nDiscovery and scoping support\nSolution design and implementation\nChange planning and execution\nCustomer handoff, documentation, and internal knowledge transfer\nCreate professional documentation including diagrams, runbooks, and implementation\nREQUIRED SKILL SET\n5+ years of experience in an MSP or consulting environment delivering infrastructure projects\nStrong expertise in:\nMicrosoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint basic familiarity)\nAzure infrastructure and migrations\nWindows Server and Active Directory environments\nIntune deployment and endpoint management\nProven experience executing:\nO365 and Google mail migrations (manual and tool-based)\nServer deployments and infrastructure cutovers\nFirewall/network migrations and troubleshooting\nStrong networking foundation including routing, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and SDWAN fundamentals\nAbility to work independently, lead implementations, and drive projects to completion\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nAzure certs (AZ-104, AZ-305) or equivalent real-world expertise\nMicrosoft 365 certs (MS-102 or equivalent)\nExperience with migration tools such as:\nBitTitan MigrationWiz (or similar platforms)\nSkyKick (or similar)\nExposure to security tooling and
