equipment, work with suppliers and vendors, and manage related documentation and payments.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage logistics and all types of deliveries, including DHL, UPS, Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest Express, and other providers\nManage the procurement of non-IT office equipment, consumables, supplies, and household items\nCoordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services\nPrepare and maintain documentation, reports, presentations, and Google Sheets\nCreate and submit payment requests for timely approval\nEnsure all purchased goods and services are properly invoiced and paid on time\nCoordinate office-related operational needs and resolve day-to-day supply and maintenance issues\nSupport the organization of team-building activities, corporate events, conferences, and other internal activities\nCoordinate logistics and team support for internal and corporate events\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience in supply, procurement, logistics, office operations, administration, or a related field\nEnglish: Intermediate+ level\nStrong organizational and coordination skills\nExperience working with suppliers, vendors, and service providers\nGood attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously\nProactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of
