• Provenfield Research Labs is recruiting on behalf of a client in the fashion technology sector. Our client is an early-stage startup building a digital platform that connects tailors and fashion designers with buyers. The client is growing a small, hands-on team to support vendor onboarding and platform operations. We welcome candidates who communicate clearly, take ownership and can adapt to evolving processes. Applications are managed by Provenfield Research Labs.

The Role

• You will coordinate the Business Executives and oversee the review of vendor applications and product listings. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping onboarding organised, applying review standards consistently and helping the team resolve issues promptly. You will work closely with company leadership and provide a clear view of progress, outstanding work and operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Business Executives, coordinate priorities and review their progress against agreed targets.
• Review vendor applications and supporting documents for completeness and compliance with established requirements.
• Review product listings for accuracy, completeness and alignment with platform standards.
• Approve, decline or request corrections within assigned authority, recording clear reasons for decisions.
• Provide specific, actionable feedback so vendors understand what needs to be corrected.
• Monitor pending applications, listing reviews and follow-ups to prevent avoidable delays.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on team performance, review activity and unresolved issues.
• Escalate suspicious submissions, policy exceptions and issues outside your authority to company leadership.
• Support team training and recommend practical improvements to review and onboarding processes.

• Accurate, consistent reviews with clear feedback and timely handling of pending work.
• Reliable team reporting, effective follow-up and appropriate escalation of exceptions.

What You Bring

• Relevant experience in operations, team coordination, onboarding, administrative review or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply written guidelines consistently.
• Clear written communication and sound judgement when reviewing information or giving feedback.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate a remote team and follow issues through to resolution.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, online dashboards and digital communication tools; e-commerce or fashion experience is an advantage.

Remote Working Requirements

• Applicants from anywhere in Nigeria are welcome; Lagos-based applicants are preferred.
• You must have your own working laptop suitable for online dashboards, documents, spreadsheets and video calls.
• You must have reliable working internet, a working phone and a suitable environment for focused remote work.
• You must be able to keep your devices powered and stay reachable during agreed working hours.
• You must be comfortable using email, online meetings and digital collaboration tools, and handling business and applicant information confidentially.

Compensation and Contract

• This is an initial three-month contract. Performance will be evaluated monthly against agreed role expectations and objectives. The monthly compensation for this contract role is NGN 120,000. Working hours, payment arrangements and other engagement terms will be agreed in writing before the engagement begins.
