You will contribute to scaling responsible, safe, and compliant innovation through strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nTo be considered for this role, you must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.\nThis is a full-time role that can be worked remotely, however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone will be essential. No third-party agencies, please.\nThe Role and Responsibilities\nCross Domain Program Coordination & Support\nSupport compliance teams in managing and updating feature inventories for multiple compliance programs.\nHelp organize regular reviews of new features and experiences; assist in capturing decisions and tracking follow up actions.\nPartner with engineering teams to help ensure they have the right information and resources to complete required compliance reviews.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline cross domain workflows and contribute suggestions to improve operational efficiency.\nEngage with compliance area owners to help make sure that each area is ready for release. \nMaintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on bug resolution progress. \nTooling, Documentation & GuidanceHelp update compliance guidance pages, consolidate information, and ensure consistent documentation across compliance programs.\nProvide support with ADO work items related to compliance activities, including updates and partner team follow ups.\nReporting & Stakeholder CommunicationPrepare and share regular status updates for shiproom meetings and compliance stakeholders.\nCapture clear meeting notes, decisions, next steps, and action items to help maintain alignment across all participating teams.\nRisk & ConfidentialityHandle sensitive compliance information responsibly and follow established data protection practices.\n Required Qualifications4-10 years of experience in program or project management, ideally supporting compliance, governance, regulatory, risk, accessibility, privacy, or similar cross functional initiatives.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into structured tasks for engineering and product teams.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working across diverse groups and levels.\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI, or similar tools, for tracking and reporting.\nAbility to learn quickly across multiple compliance domains and support SMEs, even without deep specialization in any one domain.\nExperience contributing to process improvements, workflow optimization, or compliance enablement programs.\n Additional DetailsThe offered pay range for this position is $105,00 - 120,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.\nProwessConsultingis an equal-opportunity employer,and diversity is a core value for us.
