Were also the company behind two software solutions for office work – our workplace management software, Desk Buddy, and our performance management software, GROW.\n\nAbout the role:\n\nAs part of our long-term partnership with SAP Ariba, we are looking for a Support Engineer to help customers get the most out of SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing (P2X). You will work with customers and with SAP Ariba’s global teams to understand business processes, troubleshoot application and integration issues, and keep customers satisfied and successful with the solution.\n\nYou will be the person customers trust when something is critical. You will analyze the issue, find the cause, propose a solution, and make sure it is resolved.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\nWork closely with Customer Success Partners to drive customer engagement and satisfaction\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to support solution adoption\n\nResolve and manage P2 tickets, Feature Activation and Enhancement requests, track progress, and plan future de-escalation by recommending suitable services from the Preferred Success portfolio\n\nUnderstand each customer’s architecture, processes, configuration, landscape and pain points, and guide internal teams where needed\n\nAnalyze reported technical and functional issues, triage requests, and develop solutions for the deployment and ongoing support of SAP Ariba cloud solutions\n\nTroubleshoot application and integration issues to deliver an excellent customer experience\n\nCollaborate with global internal teams and SAP Ariba professionals on complex, cross-component platform issues\n\nProvide expert support on current project difficulties and major product issues or gaps\n\nBuild expertise in new features and functionality, and support customers in testing cycles\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\nRequired:\n\nMinimum 2 years of experience with an object-oriented language (Java, C# or C++)\n\nKnowledge of HTTP, HTML and XML\n\nExperience or good understanding of SAP Ariba solutions, especially Buying & Invoicing (P2X)\n\nStrong attention to detail, a sense of urgency and reliable follow-through\n\nGood consulting and communication skills in English (written and spoken) and a team-oriented mindset\n\nAbility to build trust, manage expectations, set healthy boundaries and de-escalate critical situations\n\nDegree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Sciences (computer, natural, technical), or equivalent work experience\n\nNice to have:\n\nKnowledge of the wider Ariba portfolio: Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, SAP Business Network (Ariba Network), Cloud Integration Gateway\n\nBasic understanding of web and network security standards (SSL, SSO, HTTPS, certificates)\n\nCurrent certification in an SAP Ariba solution (Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Cloud Integration Gateway, etc.)\n\nBenefits:\n\nHybrid work model with a minimum of two days per month onsite.
