You’ll also help us work through practical strategic questions: where should the CEO spend time, what information does the leadership team need, and how do we keep people informed and connected as Proxima grows across multiple locations.\nThis role combines project delivery, strategic thinking and a natural drive for efficiency. You will operate at the heart of Proxima’s leadership, with a front row seat at scaling Europe’s leading fusion company.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nOwn critical projects from preparation through delivery. Clarify objectives, coordinate contributors, manage timelines and deliver work that meets a high bar for quality.\n\nPrepare materials for important decisions and engagements. Develop presentations, briefings and supporting materials for leadership, board, investor and partner meetings, drawing on input from across the company.\n\nHelp focus the CEO’s time and attention. Work with the Chief of Staff and Personal Assistant to translate company priorities into purposeful meetings, engagements and preparation. Help assess what needs the CEO’s involvement and where others should take ownership.\n\nImprove how information flows across Proxima. Keep the CEO and leadership team well informed. Help shape how we share priorities, decisions and progress across teams and locations. Build communication routines that keep people connected as the company grows.\n\nTake on special projects wherever they matter most. Pick up high-priority work that needs an owner, whether it sits within the CEO Office or across technical and business teams. Get up to speed, bring the right people together, and see it through before moving to the next priority.\n\nFind and fix inefficiencies.
