You’ll be the operational backbone behind a wide range of learning activities, from onboarding programs and workshops, to online courses, and leadership development initiatives. Working closely with employees, managers, and the rest of the Talent Development team, you will ensure learning is organised, accessible, and valuable for nearly 300 employees across both our Yangon and field-based teams.\nThis role goes beyond coordination. If you’re someone who enjoys helping others grow, staying organized, and finding smarter ways of working, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our people and mission.\nOnce You’re Here, You Will:\nCoordinate learning and development programmes, workshops, online courses, and other learning initiatives across Proximity.\nManage learning schedules, logistics, preparation, and communications to ensure smooth delivery of learning activities.\nMaintain learning systems, resources, and records to ensure information is accurate and accessible.\nProvide day-to-day support to employees on learning-related enquiries and troubleshoot issues with our online learning system.\nMonitor learning participation, course completion, and feedback to identify gaps and opportunities to improve learning effectiveness.\nPrepare learning reports and summaries to track progress and support data-informed decisions.\nDevelop and maintain practical learning resources to support employee development and self-paced learning.\nExplore AI, automation, and other digital tools to streamline learning processes, reduce manual work, and improve the learning experience.\nMust-Haves:\nRelevant experience or transferable skills in coordinating events, learning activities, project support, or similar activities.
