including enterprises, OTTs, and mobile operators - through a presence in 50+ global offices across 100+ countries.\n\nManaging 50% of the world’s roaming data traffic and connecting 150 million IoT devices.\n\nDriving innovation in 5G, private networks, and IoT enablement, positioning Proximus Global as a leader in next-generation communication technologies.\n\nCommitted to a unified vision, Proximus Global is unlocking new opportunities and enabling seamless global communications for businesses worldwide.\n\n Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\nManage and support hybrid infrastructure environments acrossOn-Premises and AWS platforms including Red Hat OpenShift Container\nPlatform (OCP).\n\nDeploy, monitor, and troubleshoot containerized workloads onKubernetes and OpenShift clusters.\n\nHandle networking configurations and troubleshooting across cloudand on-premises environments including VPCs, routing, DNS, load balancers,\nfirewalls, VPNs, and ingress traffic management.\n\nHandle Kubernetes/OpenShift cluster administration activitiesincluding scaling, upgrades, networking, storage, ingress, and workload\nmanagement.\n\nCollaborate with infrastructure and application teams for migrationand deployment of microservices across cloud and on-premises\nKubernetes/OCP environments.\n\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and manage AWSinfrastructure effectively.\n\nTroubleshoot complex system issues, includingAPI tracing, log analysis, and performance bottlenecks in a microservices\narchitecture.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams toimplement security best practices, including secret management, IAM\npolicies, and network security configurations.\n\nJob Profile:\nEnsure Fault Management, ConfigurationManagement, and Performance Management for production systems.\nProvide hands-on support for cloud-based services on AWS and\non-prem Datacenter environments.\n\n8-12 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Red Hat OpenShiftContainer Platform (OCP) administration and operations.\n\nStrong understanding of Kubernetes/OpenShift architecture, clustermanagement, networking, ingress controllers, persistent storage, and\nsecurity policies.\n\nKnowledge of OpenShift CI/CD integrations, container registrymanagement, and deployment automation.\n\nStrong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, LoadBalancers, Reverse Proxies, VPNs, Routing, NAT, Firewalls, Security\nGroups, and network troubleshooting.\n\nStrong experience in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora, Lambda, API Gateway,SQS, Elasticache, Fargate, Route53, Secrets Manager, VPCs, Security\nGroups).\n\nStrong knowledge of Linux systems administration, shell scripting, and database queries (PostgreSQL, MongoDB,or similar).\n\nExperience in CI/CD tools and automationframeworks.\n\nKnowledge of security practices, vulnerability management, and bestpractices in cloud environments.\n\nExperience in troubleshooting Kubernetes/OpenShift productionissues including pod failures, resource bottlenecks, networking, and\ncluster performance tuning.\n\nFamiliarity with incident management tools,monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.\n\nPrior experience working in messaging or communication platforms is a plus.\nAWS Associate Certification mandatory.\nStrong team player with good communication, negotiation, andproblem-solving skills.\n\nMust be available on weekends depending on emergency duty assignment (on rotation basis).Why PXS Global?\n Global & Inclusive -
