By connecting teams and coordinating portfolio-wide decisions, the Portfolio Manager prevents silos and ensures consistency.\nYou will also own the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework and coordinate the annual Capital Resource Allocation (CRA) process. You will manage portfolio-level risks and dependencies and supports investment decisions based on strategic value, growth potential, profitability and ROI.\nThe position requires strong strategic thinking, governance skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the Business Unit without direct ownership of individual Product or Solution Lines.\nResponsibilities\nPortfolio Strategy & Alignment\nAlign Product and Solution Line strategies with the Business Unit strategy, priorities, and objectives.\nProvide a cross-portfolio perspective on priorities, opportunities, dependencies, and risks.\nFacilitate collaboration across Product and Solution Lines to prevent silos and ensure a coherent direction.\nCoordinate portfolio-wide decisions that span multiple lines.\nIdentify cross-portfolio dependencies, conflicts, gaps, and opportunities and resolve them with stakeholders.\nSupport Business Unit leadership with portfolio-level insights and recommendations.\nPortfolio Governance & Cross-Functional Requirements\nEnsure Business Unit-wide requirements are interpreted and implemented consistently across the portfolio.\nWork with Product Managers and stakeholders to incorporate regulatory, security, privacy, resilience, architecture, interoperability, and other cross-cutting requirements into planning.\nMonitor implementation across lines and identify fragmentation, inconsistency, or risk.\nFacilitate alignment between Product Managers and central or specialist functions.\nEstablish and maintain appropriate portfolio governance mechanisms, decision forums, and reporting.\nProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM)\nOwn and govern the PLM framework across all Product and Solution Lines.\nMaintain common lifecycle stages, stage-gate reviews, entry and exit criteria, documentation standards, and decision frameworks.\nCoordinate portfolio-level lifecycle decisions, including introductions, major enhancements, transitions, and retirements.\nProactively manage lifecycle risks, dependencies, and cross-portfolio impacts.\nMonitor adherence to the framework and drive continuous improvement.\nProvide portfolio-level visibility of lifecycle status, risks and decisions.\nCapital Resource Allocation (CRA)\nCoordinate the annual CRA process across the Business Unit.\nWork with Product Managers, Finance, Commercial teams, and other stakeholders to build a consolidated view of investments and resource needs.\nFacilitate comparative assessment of opportunities based on ROI, profitability, growth potential and strategic value.\nIdentify opportunities to rebalance investment and resources across lines.\nHighlight underperforming or misaligned offerings and support rationalisation discussions.\nIdentify strategic growth areas where additional investment would create greater value.\nSupport leadership in making informed investment and prioritisation decisions.\nPortfolio Performance & Continuous Improvement\nEstablish and maintain portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and performance indicators.\nMonitor portfolio health, strategic alignment, investment performance, lifecycle status, and key risks.\nDrive continuous improvement of portfolio processes, frameworks, and tools.\nPromote transparency, consistency, and fact-based decision-making.\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nPrevious experience of 2-5 years on same/similar positions.\nRelevant certification in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Project/Program Management, or Strategy is an advantage.\nExperience in technology, telecommunications, digital, or other complex B2B environments are an advantage.\nExperience working across multiple products, solutions, business units, or functions in a complex organisation.\nExperience with product lifecycle management, portfolio governance, investment planning, or strategic planning is highly desirable.\nExperience working with Finance and Commercial teams on investment, business cases, ROI, or resource allocation is an advantage.\nAbility to analyse complex information and translate it into clear portfolio-level insights and recommendations.\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills across business, product, technology, finance, commercial, and other functions.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and competing interests across a complex portfolio.\nStrong facilitation and decision-making skills.\nStrong organisational and project management skills.\nAbility to work effectively with ambiguity and navigate complex organisational environments.\nWe are offering\nGood compensation package - Competitive € salary plus attractive benefits \nDevelopment opportunities\nChallenging but also very friendly working environment\nAnd much, much more... \nAbout Proximus Global\nProximus Global, combining the strengths of Telesign, BICS, and Route Mobile, is transforming the future of communications and digital identity.
