It closes a structural gap in the portfolio: today\nProximus Global has no SMB voice offering in any market, while\nexternal CPaaS players capture the higher-margin application layer on\ntop of our own wholesale assets.\nThis role owns the end-to-end product journey - from\nproposition definition through market launch and international scaling -\nleading a team of product managers and working cross-functionally across\nBICS, Konera and Telesign. The successful candidate will build\nthe partner ecosystem and commercial model that position Proximus Global as a\ntrusted, AI-ready challenger to Twilio, Bandwidth and Vonage in selected use\ncases and priority regions.\nKey Responsibilities\nTeam Leadership\nLead, mentor anddevelop a team of product managers across discovery, launch and scale-up\nstages \n\nBalancestrategic guidance with hands-on support to bring a greenfield product to\nmarket at the pace of the category \n\nBuilda product culture rooted in accountability, customer\nevidence, speed and AI-assisted ways of working \n\nStrategy & Vision\nOwnand evolve the Programmable Voice strategy, positioning the offering as\nthe trusted L4 challenger to established global API platforms in\nselected use cases and priority regions \n\nMaintaina clear, phased roadmap: near term - number masking, branded\ncalling and the AI voice agent on a programmable call-control engine,\nreal-time media streaming and self-serve distribution; mid term -\ntranscription, translation and language handling, notifications, flash\ncalling, voicemail, recording, AI-capable IVR, CRM/workflow connectors and\nagentic exposure; long term - voice embedded natively into major LLM\nruntimes and agent frameworks \n\nEnforcescope discipline against the agreed exclusions: no direct large-enterprise\nmotion (retained by BICS Cloud Communications), no race to the\ncheapest per-minute pipe, no in-house foundation voice models, and one\nglobal product with regional adapters rather than parallel codebases \n\nIdentify marketopportunities, customer needs and competitive positioning across Europe,\nNorth America, MEA, LATAM and Asia-Pacific \n\nProduct & Project Management\nOwnthe full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch to scaling, on a\nglobal footprint from day one \n\nDefineand execute product plans, timelines and budgets, and steer\nbuild-versus-buy and platform architecture decisions for the greenfield\nOSS/BSS stack \n\nEnsure timely deliverywithin scope and quality expectations, including clean integration into\nBICS Cloud Communications, Konera and Telesign \n\nCommercial & Monetisation\nDefineand own the usage-based commercial model - per minute for voice and the AI\nvoice agent, per number for DID, per verified call for branded calling -\npackaged into SMB-friendly plans with sensible add-ons rather than\nenterprise-only custom pricing \n\nBuildand defend the business case against a serviceable market of roughly\n$3.4B in 2026 growing to $6.2B by 2030, and against agreed run-rate\nambitions \n\nManageinternal transfer pricing with\nBICS, Konera and Telesign on an arm’s-length basis\nwithin the agreed group envelope \n\nEvolvepricing over time from pure per-minute charging toward bundled platform\nand subscription models \n\nGo-to-Market & Distribution\nOwna self-serve, product-led motion: portal and dashboard, SDK and ADK,\nenabling an SMB anywhere in the world to operate the product\nwithout a dedicated implementation programme \n\nSequencecommercial launch by region -
