Responsibilities: Support administration of project list management (including the documentation of files, emails, etc.) Updating/compiling project cost including follow up to user for forecast project Maintain ACR, Progress Report and Post Implementing Report listing including remind its due date to user Prepare actual expense project (General Ledger) by monthly basis Handle user regarding Coupa question including upload budget, upload, transfer and adjust budget in Coupa Create new Dept and project in Coupa, request both to COE & Accounting regular & adhoc and create new budget line in Coupa Requirements: Final year student or fresh graduate from Accounting, Economics, Management, or any relevant major Willing to do hybrid
