You will be an excellent communicator committed to driving the highest levels of collaboration with business & IT teams.\nJob Description:\nLead the vision and roadmap of the product in partnership with business leaders & technology partners.\nResponsible for delivery of agreed platform roadmap & realization of business benefits.\nManaging a team of Software Engineers and Business Analyst for the platform.\nEnsure that team has clarity of purpose and direction as well as alignment with organizational vision, mission and strategy.\nManage stakeholders, including influencing and persuading, as part of applications delivery and support.\nDevelop resource plans for the teams and formulate business-technology capabilities roadmap in area of responsibility.\nWho we are looking for:\nCompetencies & Personal Traits\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nDemonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders\nStrong experience in Digital Product management and UX\nDemonstrated ability to understand and discuss product strategy and manage trade-offs\nProven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to backup assumptions and recommendations and to drive actions\nStrong negotiation skills - able to balance the role, priorities & stakeholders\nExperience in Agile methodologies\nCompetency in Jira and Confluence\nNeed to be able to effectively communicate Product vision and features with Business leaders & Business Partners\nWorking Experience\nAt least 12+ years of total experience & at least 3 years of experience in software products delivery\nManaging and delivering customer-centric software products and services in a high growth environment\nDemonstrated passion for transformative user experiences\nLeading cross-functional and cross-company teams to deliver product experience & projects timely\nExperience with Vendor Engagement & RFI, RFP\nIn depth understanding of Insurance, Insurance products, market and processes is advantageous\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or related field; MBA or other relevant degrees will be added advantage\nPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
