The role works closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to drive execution excellence, manage risks, and support change adoption across the organisation.\nJob Descriptions\nProject Planning & Delivery\nLead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring through to closure.\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource plans.\nTrack project progress against agreed plans and proactively manage dependencies and critical paths.\nEnsure project outcomes are aligned with strategic and business priorities.\nGovernance, Risk & Controls\nEstablish and maintain appropriate project governance, documentation, and reporting structures.\nIdentify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and change requests throughout the lifecycle.\nEscalate key risks and decisions in a timely manner with clear options and recommendations.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards where applicable.\nStakeholder & Communication Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.\nManage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, regular updates, and structured forums.\nFacilitate project meetings, steering committees, and working sessions; document actions and decisions.\nPartner effectively with business, operations, technology, risk, and external vendors to ensure delivery.\nFinancial & Resource Management\nSupport the preparation, tracking, and monitoring of project budgets and forecasts.\nTrack actual project spend and resource utilisation against plans.\nCoordinate with finance and third parties to ensure accurate expense tracking and reporting.\nChange & Handover\nSupport change management activities including communications, readiness, and adoption planning.\nEnsure proper handover of deliverables to business-as-usual teams, including documentation and knowledge transfer.\nConduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned\nWho are we looking for\nCompetencies\nStrong project planning, organisation, and execution skills.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.\nAbility to manage ambiguity, prioritise effectively, and resolve issues proactively.\nStrong analytical and problem solving capabilities.\nProficient in project management tools and documentation standards.\nExperience\nProven experience in project management, delivering cross-functional projects of moderate to high complexity.\nExperience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.\nEducation\nDegree holders in any disciplines.\nProject management certification is desirable.\nPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
