We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.\nJob Purpose:\nInvolve in projects related to regional IT Service Management system in line with company goals & objectives.\nPerforms CI/CD administrator role within Atlassian platform.\nAnalyses process gaps and introduces process improvements within Atlassian.\nCoordinate CI/CD related activities within the team to ensure timely closure of tickets assigned.\nWorks independently to complete assigned tasks.\nWorks closely with internal and external stakeholders to discuss system challenges and propose creative solutions.\nBuilds and manages relationships between internal and external stakeholders.\nJob Responsibilities:\nResponsible for delivery of Atlassian related projects within the agreed KPIs.\nExecute and deliver tasks within the agreed timeframe, with minimum supervision.\nEnsure timely closure of all CI/CD related tickets with minimum/zero escalations.\nPropose process improvements and automation ideas.\nCreate and update technical documentations/knowledge base.\nIdentify system issues, provide creative solutions and implement them in the system.\nIndependently perform research to attain new technology knowledge.\nPerform other ad-hoc related duties as assigned by superior.\nManage day to day operational activities independently.\nJob Requirements:\nA Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / IT or equivalent.\nKnowledge in Cloud Computing, DevOps and Agile methodologies beside software development lifecycle related processes.\nFluent in both speaking and writing English & Bahasa Malaysia.
