This is a critical role within Prudential Regional Technical Operations team, responsible for end-to-end operational stability, resilience, and governance of actuarial and finance-critical platforms within the insurance landscape. This includes core actuarial modelling, valuation, regulatory, and risk systems such as Prophet(Prudential Prophet Cloud), ALM(Economic Scenario Generator), GIECA (Group Internal Economic Capital Assessment), and related modelling, data and finance platforms The role provides strategic and hands-on leadership across all levels of support (L1, L2 and L3), vendor management, incident & problem management, DR/BCP, audit & compliance, and continuous service improvement.
