We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport end-to-end product implementation activities for new products, product enhancements, or strategic business initiatives to ensure timely and quality delivery.\nCoordinate product specifications, business requirements, and implementation documentation to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by relevant stakeholders.\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users and technology teams, ensuring appropriate participation, issue resolution, and business readiness prior to implementation.\nSupport the preparation and implementation of customer-facing documentation, communication materials, and operational requirements related to product launches.\nRequirements:\nMinimum 6 months of internship period\nFinal year student or fresh graduate from any major (actuary/statistic/math or any major related to insurance management would be preferred)\nWilling to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week)\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.\nStrong in accuracy & analytical thinking with good attention to details\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.\nExcellent communication skills for verbal & written (both English and Indonesia)\nPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
