This role will focus on driving sustainability integration, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery, while ensuring alignment with Prudential’s global sustainability goals.Key Responsibilities\nProject Management & Delivery\nCoordinate and track Group-wide sustainability initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic priorities\n\nConduct research and analysis to support decision-making and generate actionable insights\n\nContribute to transformation efforts by gathering data and supporting initiative design and delivery\n\nLBU & Function Engagement\nPartner with LBUs to assess sustainability maturity, extract insights, and support local strategy execution\n\nMonitor LBU progress and prepare updates for internal reporting\n\nSupport communication of sustainability strategy across markets and functions through presentations preparation and coordination\n\nAssist LBUs with local implementation, including developing training materials, guidelines, and hosting virtual clinics\n\nContribute to embedding sustainability into annual business processes such as 3 year business plan\n\nEmployee Engagement & Communication\nCollaborate with Corporate Affairs and internal teams to develop sustainability communications for platforms like Viva Engage and 1-Pru\n\nCreate engaging content tailored to different internal audiences\n\nSupport the development of briefing materials for consultations, investor meetings, and events\n\nAssist in preparing training and engagement materials for senior leadership\n\nTrack and report on sustainability progress (financial and non-financial), highlighting impact and outcomes\n\nSustainability Team Support\nCoordinate activities related to the Sustainability Center of Excellence (CoE) operating model\n\nTrack project progress and support reporting against team objectives and public commitments\n\nMaintain a repository of sustainability narratives, LBU intelligence, and internal messaging\n\nContribute to a high-performing team culture by supporting agile, collaborative ways of working\n\nHelp roll out the CoE across LBUs, including organizing hub calls and informal engagement sessions\n\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related fields, ideally within financial or professional services.\n\nStrong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\n\nExperience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nProficiency in AI tools (e.g., Copilot), design tools (e.g., Canva), and social platforms (e.g., Instagram).\n\nExcellent communication skills, with experience in delivering impactful internal and external messaging.\n\nKey Competencies\nHighly organized and agile, with a proactive and adaptive approach to business challenges.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong presentation and communication skills\n\nEffective stakeholder engagement and relationship management.\n\nCreative thinker and team player with a collaborative mindset.\n\nAbility to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.\n\nExperienced in collaborating across diverse cultural backgrounds\n\nPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
