We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.\nJob Profile Summary:\nIn this role, you will be responsible for supporting the prompt delivery and implementation of products as part of the Product Management team.\nJob Description:\nSupport the prompt delivery and implementation of new products.\n\nParticipate in discussions with the business in understanding the processes.\n\nDocument the rules and enhancements that are needed.\n\nCollaborate with the business in providing comprehensive business requirements that meet the business needs, taking into consideration future needs and changing business needs.\n\nDiscuss with the Team Lead on the enhancements that are needed.\n\nTranslate business requirements into test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing.\n\nAccountable for the execution of user acceptance testing and results are updated with proper documentation.\n\nTrack outstanding defects and work with the Application Management team to resolve the tickets within the agreed timeline.\n\nDevelop comprehensive SOP or training guides for the enhancements.\n\nExplain and train the users in the system enhancements.\n\nPerform post deployment verification of the system when the products are launched.\n\nWho we are looking for:\nCompetencies & Personal Traits\nHas initiative and is focused on delivery\n\nA team player who can also work independently\n\nMeticulous with good organization skills\n\nGood verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills\n\nAble to work in a fast-paced environment\n\nWorking Experience\nAt least 1 year of working experience is preferred; however, fresh grads are welcome to apply.\n\nKnowledge in the insurance industry is advantageous.\n\nEducation\nDiploma / Degree or equivalent or equivalent professional qualifications\n\nPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
