Job Profile Summary:

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of new proposals including tracking of submission and issuance. As part of this dynamic role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders on all new business matters relating to new policies.

Job Description:

• Supervising and setting priorities for the team
• Analyze and solve problems without clear precedence
• Acts as a resource for colleagues to provide expertise advice/coaching
• Manage High Net Worth portfolio of new proposals including tracking of submission and issuance
• Regular reporting to management on the team’s key performance indicators
• Liaison between distribution channels and underwriters on pre-issuance and post-issuance transactions as well as enquiries
• Work closely with relevant department on all new business matters relating to High-Net-Worth policies Who we are looking for: Competencies & Personal Traits

• Enjoy working with people at all levels
• IT savvy with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) Working Experience
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience Education
• Degree in Business Administration/Management or other relevant fields
