Corporate Finance Senior Analyst

The role engages with the Heads of PruVenture, Distribution, Agency Recruitment, Pricing and Product Development, Operations, Corporate Performance Management, Expense, and Technology to execute the data analytics, financial / decision modeling, capital budgeting, and performance management of initiatives that are aligned with Pru Life UK’s business strategy. The role ensures that the competency level on modeling skills is developed and sustained.Job Accountabilities
- Conduct/review the data analysis/calculations and lead the data interpretation and deep dive activities needed to derive insights from data anddeterminethe assumptions needed for valuation of agency projects and partnerships (i.e., MAPA, compensation, persistency, customer funnel, etc.)
- Develop the financial or decision model consistent with the proposed design of agency or partnership distribution initiative.
- Maintain andvalidatesmodels andensuresdocumentationarein place.
- Monitor and track the performance of the launched projects per agreed monitoring metrics with the project lead.
- Conduct valuation of projects for 3-year projection period for capital budgeting purposesin business plan exercise.
- Attend programs relating to training, job management, professional development, and employee engagement.

Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officerin accordance withthe reporting requirementsoperatedby the Compliance Officer. Mustoperatea process within his/her department to ensure that all relevant compliance matters areidentifiedand reported.
