You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, assisting in projects that shape our brand voice and engage our audiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nSocial Media\nContribute to the development of creative assets such as visuals, videos, and copywriting, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.\n\nAssist to follow-up, provide feedback and schedule content for the company’s social media channels and other digital platforms.\n\nAssist in monitoring social media channels for trends and reporting on performance.\n\nAssist in coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment on contents.\n\nHelp maintain and update content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting across channels.\n\nDigital Marketing (SEO/SEM/Corporate Website Maintenance)\nCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure website content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging.\n\nAssist in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO), including keyword research, metadata updates, and on-page enhancements.\n\nSupport the execution and monitoring of paid search campaigns (SEM).\n\nHelp analyze website traffic and performance using tools such as Google Analytics, compile reports and insights to guide strategy.\n\nContribute to the development of website pages for new products and campaigns, ensuring alignment with digital goals and SEO best practices.\n\nStay updated on digital trends and search engine algorithm changes to support continuous improvement efforts.\n\nLearning Opportunities\nExposure to cross-functional collaboration with different divisions, and external agencies.\n\nTraining and mentorship in digital marketing, and project management.\n\nOpportunity to contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions.\n\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, or a related field.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nFamiliarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).\n\nBasic skills and experience with Microsoft Office.\n\nBasic understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and on-page optimization.\n\nBasic understanding with tools such as Google Analytics and Meta.\n\nBasic experience with website content management systems (e.g., OpenCMS, Adobe Experience Manager) or willing to learn.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes for website updates and audits.\n\nCurious about digital trends, user experience (UX), and how content impacts search visibility.\n\nDetail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
