This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, are comfortable working independently, proactively explore solutions, think ahead of challenges and contribute to data-driven people and business decisions.Support Organisation Effectiveness Partner (OEP) initiatives focused on organisation design, workforce effectiveness and HR transformation.\nAssist in workforce analytics, reporting, dashboard preparation and people data analysis to support business decision-making.\nConduct research and benchmarking on organisation effectiveness, future workforce trends and emerging HR practices.\nSupport organisation structure reviews, workforce planning and change management initiatives.\nPrepare presentations, reports, business cases and project documentation for leadership and stakeholders.\nCoordinate project activities, track actions and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.\nProactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience and operational effectiveness.\nWork independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.\nDemonstrate curiosity and initiative by exploring new ideas, technologies and innovative approaches to solve business and workforce challenges.\nAnticipate project needs, think ahead and contribute recommendations beyond assigned tasks.\nThis role is ideal for individuals who are curious, adaptable and eager to learn.
