We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.\nKey Accountabilities\nTransformation Insights & Decision Support\nLead the development and evolution of transformation reporting and analytics capabilities across the Group.\nProvide executive-level insights and analysis to support investment decisions.\nIdentify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers across the portfolio.\nDevelop meaningful KPIs and performance measures to support effective portfolio management.\nPortfolio, Financial & Benefits Analytics\nAutomate portfolio, financial, people and benefits reporting across portfolio.\nEstablish integrated views of delivery performance, investment spend, benefits realisation and strategic outcomes.\nSupport leadership discussions through data-driven insight & scenario analysis.\nEnsure reporting provides a clear view of portfolio health, value delivery.\nReporting, Data & Governance Ownership\nOwn reporting standards, data definitions and governance processes across transformation reporting.\nEstablish controls to ensure data quality, consistency and reporting integrity.\nAct as custodian of portfolio and benefits management data.\nLead data remediation, validation and quality improvement initiatives.\nSupport audit, assurance and regulatory requests relating to transformation data and reporting.\nAnalytics Platform & Continuous Improvement\nOwn the administration, optimisation and adoption of transformation reporting tools.\nLead the design and delivery of dashboards and automated reporting capabilities.\nDrive continuous improvement of reporting processes, data management practices.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual reporting effort through automation.\nPromote self-service analytics capabilities where appropriate.\nStakeholder Leadership & Business Partnering\nInfluence reporting priorities and drive accountability for data quality standards.\nManage relationships with external partners and vendors supporting analytics and reporting capabilities.\nCapability Leadership\nProvide coaching and guidance to analysts and project resources where required.\nPromote a data-driven culture and enhance analytical capability across the transformation community.\nSkills, Experience & Qualifications\nEssential\nDegree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science or a related discipline.\nSignificant experience in analytics, business intelligence, portfolio reporting or management information roles.\nStrong Power BI, data visualisation and dashboard development expertise.\nStrong SQL and data analysis capabilities.\nExperience designing executive reporting and management information solutions.\nExperience establishing data governance and reporting standards.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leadership.\nProven ability to translate business requirements into practical analytical solutions.\nPreferred\nExperience within insurance, financial services or large-scale transformation programmes.\nExperience with portfolio management, benefits management or transformation governance frameworks.\nExperience with Kiplot, portfolio management platforms or similar reporting solutions.\nKnowledge of Power Query, Python and reporting automation tools.\nExperience supporting audit, regulatory or assurance activities.\nLeadership Competencies - Stakeholder Influence, Data-Driven Decision Making, Continuous Improvement, Change Leadership, Collaboration and Business Partnering\nSuccess Measures\nHigh confidence of transformation reporting across leadership teams.\nImproved quality, consistency and timeliness of executive reporting.\nIncreased visibility of portfolio performance, benefits and investment outcomes.\nStrong data governance and reporting control environment.\nReduced manual reporting effort through automation and process optimisation.\nSuccessful adoption and utilisation of reporting and analytics capabilities across the transformation community.\nPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
