The role serves as Prudential's client-side lead for governance of workplace services, contracts, projects and service providers, and is accountable for safe, reliable, compliant and value-driven outcomes through disciplined commercial stewardship, risk management and performance oversight.\nJob Description\nKey tasks and accountabilities\nProperty, leasing and occupancy\nProvide strategic oversight of the corporate and Agency property portfolio, including leasing, renewals, relocations, expansions, contractions, terminations and reinstatements.\nDirect occupancy planning, space utilisation and portfolio optimisation to support business and workplace requirements.\nLead landlord and building-management relationships, ensure compliance with lease obligations and oversee critical dates and milestones.\nSponsor and direct fit-outs, relocations and workplace enhancements from business planning through operational handover.\nWorkplace services and provider governance\nLead client-side governance of IFM, hospitality, workplace experience, records, technology and specialist providers.\nEstablish and govern service expectations through KPIs, SLAs, governance reviews and business reviews.\nDirect the resolution of material escalations, hold providers accountable for remediation and drive measurable performance improvement.\nContract and commercial management\nServe as Contract Owner or Contract Manager for Workplace Services contracts and ensure delivery against contractual commitments.\nChair vendor-performance forums and oversee renewals, variations, extensions, sourcing and contract reviews.\nOwn budgets and forecasts, provide commercial challenge, assure invoices and submissions, and deliver savings and value-for-money outcomes.\nWorkplace experience and service integration\nSet and oversee service standards across reception, hospitality, events, pantry, refreshments and food and beverage services.\nEngage senior stakeholders to anticipate service requirements and sponsor customer-experience improvements.\nOrchestrate providers, landlords and workplace partners, establish clear accountabilities and eliminate service gaps or overlaps.\nRisk, compliance and resilience\nOwn workplace operational risk, provider compliance, audits, remediation and Third Party Risk Management requirements.\nLead business continuity and operational resilience planning and ensure contracts meet Prudential governance requirements.\nProjects and transformation\nProvide business leadership for Workplace Services delivery for relocations, fit-outs, reinstatements, refurbishments and workplace enhancements.\nAlign business units, landlords, consultants, contractors and providers, while maintaining executive oversight of budgets, risks and milestones.\nAssure operational readiness, transition and handover into business-as-usual operations.\nLead Workplace Services transformation and operating-model improvements to strengthen service delivery and governance.\nWho we are looking for\nCompetencies & Personal Traits\nExecutive-level commercial judgement with proven financial, contract and vendor-management capability.\nSound corporate real estate, leasing, workplace operations and service-governance expertise.\nStrong risk, compliance, project, change and continuous-improvement capability.\nConfident and credible stakeholder leader with strong influencing, negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.\nWorking Experience\nMandatory\nMinimum 10 years of relevant experience across corporate real estate, property or facilities management, Workplace Services, leasing, vendor governance, projects or workplace operations.\nDemonstrated experience in leasing and tenancy management, landlord engagement, outsourced-provider governance, budgeting and workplace projects.\nProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve operational, commercial or contractual issues.\nPreferred\nExperience in IFM, workplace experience, hospitality or multi-provider service integration.\nExperience in financial services or another regulated environment, including workplace transformation or operating-model change.\nEducation\nMandatory\nBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.\nPreferred\nRecognised property, facilities or project-management qualification such as CFM, FMP, RICS, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.\nPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
