This role will provide technical leadership for integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and various upstream and downstream systems, leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OCI services, Azure-based data platforms, and enterprise middleware technologies.\nThe position requires close collaboration with Solution Architects, ERP Data & Systems Leads, Enterprise Architecture teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Financials integration, cloud-based middleware technologies, and multi-cloud integration architectures, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end integration delivery across large-scale ERP transformation programs.\nKey responsibilities:\nIntegration Architecture & Solution Design\nLead the analysis of business and technical integration requirements across Oracle Fusion Financials and related enterprise systems.\n\nDefine, design, and implement end-to-end integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services.\n\nEstablish integration patterns, standards, and best practices for inbound and outbound data exchanges involving Oracle Fusion applications.\n\nDesign scalable and resilient integration architectures supporting Oracle Financials, AHCS, Coupa, Azure data platforms, and other enterprise applications.\n\nCollaborate with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise integration strategies and roadmaps.\n\nProvide technical leadership and governance throughout the solution lifecycle.\n\nIntegration Development & Delivery\nLead the development and implementation of complex integration workflows, orchestration processes, data mappings, and transformations.\n\nDesign and build integrations using:\nOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - Gen3\n\nOCI Integration Services\n\nREST/SOAP APIs\n\nFile-based integrations\n\nEvent-driven architecture\n\nEnterprise messaging patterns\n\nSupport hybrid and multi-cloud integration scenarios across Oracle Cloud, Azure PaaS, and third-party SaaS platforms.\n\nEnsure integration solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.\n\nProvide technical oversight to development teams and conduct code reviews and design reviews.\n\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nPartner with QA teams, data workstreams, local business units, and application owners to develop comprehensive integration testing strategies.\n\nSupport System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) testing activities.\n\nValidate data accuracy, completeness, reconciliation, and consistency across integrated systems.\n\nLead integration defect analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution efforts.\n\nEnsure successful execution of performance, regression, and operational readiness testing.\n\nProduction Support & Operational Excellence\nLead go-live planning, deployment activities, and hypercare support.\n\nMonitor integration processes to ensure reliable and uninterrupted business operations.\n\nTroubleshoot production issues and coordinate incident resolution across application and platform teams.\n\nPerform proactive maintenance activities, including:\nConfiguration updates\n\nPerformance optimization\n\nPlatform patching\n\nVersion upgrades\n\nCapacity planning\n\nCollaborate with application support teams to maintain system stability and service availability.\n\nDocumentation & Governance\nDevelop and maintain detailed technical design documentation, including:\nSolution Design Documents (SDD)\n\nLow-Level Design (LLD) specifications\n\nInterface Design Documents (IDD)\n\nData Mapping Specifications\n\nDeployment and Support Runbooks\n\nEnsure all integration deliverables comply with architecture standards and governance processes.\n\nSupport audit, compliance, and operational documentation requirements.\n\nTechnical Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).\n\nExtensive experience designing and implementing integrations for Oracle Fusion Financials, EPM (EDMCS etc.), Oracle Accounting Hub (AHCS).\n\nExpertise in:\nREST APIs\n\nSOAP Web Services\n\nFBDI\n\nOracle ERP Cloud Adapters\n\nData transformation and orchestration patterns\n\nStrong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services.\n\nExperience integrating Oracle Financials with external applications including SaaS platforms such as Coupa, Workday and Azure Data lake.\n\nKnowledge of middleware technologies, messaging architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.\n\nExposure to Oracle APEX is highly desirable.\n\nBusiness & Domain Knowledge\nKnowledge of Oracle Financials processes, including:\nGeneral Ledger (GL)\n\nAccounts Payable (AP)\n\nAccounts Receivable (AR)\n\nFixed Assets (FA)\n\nSubledger Accounting (SLA)\n\nOracle Accounting Hub (AHCS)\n\nFamiliarity with Life Insurance or Financial Services industry processes is preferred.\n\nExperience Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent level\n\n5-7 years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.\n\n10+ years of experience in ERP integration design, development, testing, deployment, and support including Data Migration.\n\nMinimum 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation cycles, preferably within Financial Services or Insurance domains.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading technical integration teams and managing integration delivery across complex enterprise programs.\n\nExperience with multi-cloud integration environments involving Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Azure.\n\nExposure to Azure Data Engineering platforms and Data Lake architecture is highly desirable.\n\nExperience with Databricks-based ETL and data integration solutions is an advantage.\n\nPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
