This includes developing and managing data pipelines, building and optimizing data warehouses and data lakes, and ensuring the quality and security of data.\nJob Accountabilities\nCreate and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture\nAssemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements\nIdentify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc\nBuild the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL, AWS ‘big data’ technologies, etc\nBuild analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics\nWork with various stakeholders e.g., Business partners, Data and Design teams, etc. to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs\nEnsure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out\nBe familiar and understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards.
