The goal is to equip the business with latest technology and ensure they can use it to fullest of its potential.\nThis is an engineering role, where you will mainly be responsible for building highly available MECM infrastructure for one of our upcoming business regions and integrate it with existing Intune infrastructure to achieve a perfect co-managed infrastructure.\nYou would need to continuously focus innovation by introducing new feature roll out to MECM on prem / cloud and help automate the repetitive tasks to empower the organization explore the true efficiency of cloud adoption.\nAlong with this the Engineering team is level 3 support for operations and are tasked to help fix high critical issues.\nJob Responsibilities (But not limited to following)-\nPlan / Design / Implement highly available SCCM infrastructure for of our upcoming business regions.\nDesign should be scalable and align to technology road map bother internal to us and Microsoft.\nUnderstand in-house developed traditional Windows 10 build creation & maintenance processes thoroughly.\nPlan an Operating System deployment strategy using MECM and Intune Autopilot to implement both Imageless solution as well as hardware independent custom images to support multiple hardware types and OS architectures, perform Windows upgrades, driver management, and the certification of new hardware devices.\nMaintain and support existing legacy environment and solutions throughout the migration.\nImplement solutions using MECM and Intune to build and maintain virtual desktops in Azure with custom images.\nWork with Microsoft Intune/Autopilot environment including device enrolment, implementing, and configuring auto provisioning scenarios, configuring profiles, managing device access and compliance, application management, managing security etc.\nManage endpoint profiles throughout the enterprise from design to deployment and steady state.\nEnhance forward-looking standards and solutions using MECM and Intune to simplify deployment of windows, security, and third-party updates in timely manner to all devices globally including on-prem, cloud-based as well as remote internet-based.\nMigrate on-prem Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager infrastructure to Azure and handle in-place upgrades to latest Current Branch.\nProvide health and performance insights as well as trend analysis using Azure monitoring, endpoint analytics etc.\nIdentify system problems and develop innovative solutions to improve processing efficiency and stability.\nTroubleshoot L3 issues and provide resolutions.\nCreate supporting documentation for various audiences\nResponsible for the design, build, implementation, and delivery of scalable Microsoft Office 365 solutions, with a focus on Azure Active Directory, conditional access policies, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Office 365 Apps etc.\nOnboard new/existing Applications to Intune and publish it both internal and external users securely.\nManage the implementation and operations of the mobile device management solution using Microsoft Intune.\nExperience in understanding and troubleshooting of Intune device Compliance, configuration policies, app protection, and app configuration policies. \nExperience in implementing the autopilot with different scenarios such as self-deploy, kiosk, hybrid azure AD join devices over VPN.\nExperience in the creation and configuration of Microsoft store for business and deploy apps to Windows devices.\nExperience in design, manage, and maintain the cloud app security policies and alerts.\nExperience in PowerShell scripting, graph API, power BI Dashboards and generate reports for Intune and Azure AD for licensing and device compliance, application usage etc.\nPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
