As part of this dynamic role, you will work closely with business units and other IT teams to deliver leading edge technology to enable digital capabilities of Prudential Singapore. The Solutions Architect will design and validate technology solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise standards. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.\nJob Description:\nSolution Design:\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges, pain points, and strategic goals. \nTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions aligned with enterprise standards. \nWork closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical and implementable. \nProvide end-to-end architectural guidance for new projects and initiatives (e.g., LSRC & GSRC). \nDefine solution blueprints, integration patterns, and technology stacks to meet project objectives while adhering to enterprise governance. \nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nPartner closely with internal teams such as PACS, SRE, Infrastructure, TRM, BISO, and Core Systems to ensure cohesive and integrated solution delivery. \nFacilitate technical alignment and resolve inter-team dependencies across the delivery lifecycle. \nProof of Concepts (POC) and Technical Validation:\nDesign and lead POCs to validate new solution ideas, tools, or architectures before enterprise adoption. \nDocument outcomes, performance metrics, and recommendations for broader implementation. \nAlignment with Group Technology Strategy:\nEnsure proposed solutions comply with architecture principles, security frameworks, and strategic direction. \nParticipate in architecture forums and contribute to shared technology capabilities.\nContinuous Improvement:\nIdentify and address existing architectural or technical pain points across applications and platforms. \nDrive simplification, modernisation, and optimisation initiatives to improve system performance, maintainability, and scalability. \nContinuously explore emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to the insurance industry. \nEvaluate potential solutions through technical assessments and proof-of-concepts (POCs).\nWho we are looking for:\nCompetencies & Personal Traits\nIndependent and works well across different functions\nExcellent problem analysis skill.
