Improve yield, efficiency, throughput, and overall process capability in alignment with strategic business objectives. Specify, procure, and commission new manufacturing equipment and instrumentation, including capital cost justification and related documentation. Maintain and update performance specifications, and process documentation for all current\nproducts. Analyze monthly Raw Material Balances to identify key areas of focus and improvement. Lead and manage process improvement projects that directly impact operational\nperformance and the bottom line. Identify, prioritize, and evaluate improvement opportunities using structured risk/reward analysis. Serve as an advocate for Lean Sigma methodologies, acting as a Lean Facilitator when required to implement and sustain lean initiatives. Ensure results are achieved and that process controls and improvements are sustained over time. Lead and influence cross functional teams at all organizational levels to drive change and operational excellence. Support the transfer, implementation, and startup of new processes, methods, and technologies. Collaborate with Health & Safety and Quality Assurance teams to ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with ISO 9000/14000 standards.\nDevelop, document, implement, and sustain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent, safe, and reliable operations. Demonstrate strong safety leadership and\ncontribute to advancing a Zero & Beyond safety culture. Share technical expertise by training and guiding operators and colleagues in the use of best practices, process standards, and continuous improvement tools. Promote a culture of learning, operational discipline, and technical excellence across the organization.\nRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field.
