Com sede em Poços de Caldas/MG reportando-se ao Coordenador de Logística, você será responsável por prestar informações necessárias à tomada de decisão sobre operações logísticas, se relacionar com toda área de logística, transportadoras, financeiro, fiscal e compras.\nVocê será responsável por:\nAtender solicitações internas e externas relacionadas a estoque, pedidos e movimentação de materiais;\nRegistrar divergências, avarias e comunicar áreas de Compras, Qualidade ou Supervisor;\nMonitorar entradas, saídas, transferências, cortes e consumos de materiais e cabos;\nRealizar apontamentos de estoque em sistema para manter acuracidade e rastreabilidade;\nApoiar inventários rotativos e inventário geral, preparando relatórios e identificando inconsistências;\nEmitir relatórios de estoque diário, semanal ou mensal conforme demanda;\nEmitir ordens de separação e listas de picking para a equipe operacional;\n Auxiliar no rastreamento de bobinas e cabos específicos quando necessário;\nEmitir notas fiscais de saída de venda, tranferências, industrialização, remessa para teste e romaneios de carga;\nOrganizar agenda de carregamentos e descargas, evitando conflitos nas docas e pátios;\nEmitir etiquetas, relatórios e documentos operacionais;\nAcompanhar movimentações críticas ou itens especiais junto à equipe operacional;\nAcompanhar e executar todo processo de venda de sucata desde a ordem de venda até a nota fiscal.\nQuem procuramos?\nProcuramos um profissional com as seguintes competências e motivações:\nEnsino médio completo;\nDesejável graduação em administração, logística ou engenharias;\nConhecimento em sistemas e processos logísticos;\nExcel básico;\nConhecimento em cabos elétricos;\nBoa comunicação;\nProatividade;\nPrysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
