We are currently looking new Department Supervisor to support our rapid growth. Prysmian is investing over 220 million euros to increase the production capacity of the Pikkala plant in Kirkkonummi. These investments are at the core of Prysmian’s response to the rapid growth in global demand for renewable energy. You are responsible for the overall operation and management of your own department. Most of your department's lines run uninterrupted in three shifts throughout the year. Your job is to ensure that daily production runs smoothly according to plan while optimizing the use of departmental resources.\nYour responsibilities will include managing the department's staff in an efficient and motivating manner and ensuring safety at work in accordance with Prysmian's safety guidelines and standards.
