This role is about support and contribution: helping to coordinate initiatives, prepare impactful content, and ensure that digital adoption and awareness programs reach and inspire colleagues worldwide.\nOn a daily basis, you will:\nAssist in creating engaging content (newsletters, presentations, campaigns, intranet articles) that make digital topics accessible and exciting.\nSupport the organization of training sessions and awareness events on Digital Innovations and new technologies (AI, IoT, Data, Copilot 365).\nHelp map ongoing digital culture initiatives across regions to identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration.\nLiaise with HR and Internal Communications teams to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging.\nWhat are the key challenges for this role:\nSupporting multiple activities at once while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\nAssisting in coordinating global initiatives to strengthen alignment and synergies.\nCommunicating effectively with colleagues across different roles, levels, and cultures.\nHow is success defined in this role? \nDelivering clear, engaging, and reliable content.\nSupporting smooth coordination of global initiatives.\nHelping trainings and events run on time and with impact.\nBuilding trusted relationships across teams.\nShowing curiosity and bringing fresh ideas.\nWhat are the 3 most exciting aspects of this role\nExposure to global Digital Transformation projects, with the chance to contribute creative input.\nOpportunity to collaborate with diverse teams in a multinational context.\nHands-on experience supporting the delivery of training programs, awareness events, and communication campaigns.\nWho are we looking for?\nEssential Skills and Experience\nExcellent command of English (written and spoken).\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact across roles.\nCreativity and a proactive approach in bringing ideas to improve engagement.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAI enthusiast, with interest in creating videos, images, or other content using AI tools.\nNice to have\nPrevious internship or academic experience in digital innovation, communication, project management, change management or HR.\nFamiliarity with collaboration and analytics tools (Miro, Canva, etc.).\nInterest in digital storytelling, technology and internal communications.\nPrysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
