A structured approach is expected in requirements definition, business rule validation, testing, user acceptance, incident follow-up, solution stabilization, and qualified interaction with internal areas, technology teams, consulting firms and external partners.

  • Act as a tax key user in SAP S/4HANA, focusing on the tax compliance of business flows and on the functional support of the processes with the highest tax impact, especially within MM and SD modules.

  • Support the structuring and treatment of the new documentary and operational instruments required by the Tax Reform, including debit notes, credit notes, documents with new issuance purposes, events linked to fiscal documents and other mechanisms required to formalize adjustments impacting the assessment of IBS and CBS.
  • Monitor the regulatory and operational evolution of regulations, joint acts, technical notes, guidance booklets, technical documentation, manuals, event packages and other sub-legal acts issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, CGIBS, CONFAZ and committees responsible for electronic fiscal documents, assessing their impacts on the business in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the evolution and implementation of ancillary obligations and complementary structures of the new model, including those related to the Declaration of Specific Regimes (DeRE), its events, layouts, validation rules and technical integrations, whenever applicable to the company’s scope or to the future system design.
  • Participate in the definition of functional requirements, scenario design, integrated testing, user acceptance and stabilization plans for system changes related to the Tax Reform and to the evolution of the SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Map, prioritize and follow up on incidents, deviations, process weaknesses and improvement needs related to the tax and system topics of the Tax Reform, working closely with business, tax, controlling, procurement, logistics, billing, IT and external partners to support action plans, corrective measures and continuous process improvement, with focus on mitigating operational and tax risks.
  • Monitor the implementation of SAP deliverables related to the Tax Reform, including dependencies, prerequisites, notes and adjustments applicable to the company’s tax processes, with focus on environment readiness and the system’s functional compliance.
  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of procedures, work instructions, support materials, validation criteria and internal governance standards required to sustain tax operations during the transition and maturation period of the new tax model.
