You advise on employment conditions, performance management, absenteeism, employability, and labour law-related topics. You ensure a reliable personnel administration, process employee changes, and oversee the administrative handling of employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, absenteeism records, and HR-related correspondence.\nFurthermore, you participate in HR projects, support employee engagement initiatives, and actively contribute to the continuous development and optimisation of HR processes.\nWhat do you bring?\n· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a broad HR advisory role.\n· Experience with absence management, labour law, and recruitment.\n· Solid knowledge of HR processes and relevant employment legislation.\n· Excellent command of Dutch and a good command of English, both written and spoken.\nWho are you?\nYou are a proactive and approachable HR professional who can easily collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
