We're contributing to the infrastructure supporting the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, helping ensure communities, businesses, and industries stay connected to what matters most.\nIn this role, you will provide technical environmental, health, and safety support to the Operations team.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience and Qualifications\nYou have a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Engineering, Manufacturing, Environmental, or a related technical discipline. \nYou bring 3-5 years of previous HSE experience in a manufacturing environment. \nYou have strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NEC, TCEQ, and EPA regulations. \nWhat You’ll Do\nAs an HSE Manager, you’ll lead environmental, health, and safety programs by partnering with operations to drive compliance, reduce risk, strengthen a safety-first culture, and support site-wide HSE initiatives and training.\nLead and mentor. You will lead and mentor the leadership team by providing technical guidance, overseeing HSE activiites, and supporting site safety initiatives. \nDrive compliance. You will be responsible for driving compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and training programs across the facility. \nAssess and reduce risk. You will assess and reduce risk through hazard analyses, risk assessments, machine guarding initiatives, and proactive safety improvements. \nInvestigate incidents. You will investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and strengthen workplace safety performance. \nPartner.
