You will work closely with managers, supervisors, and operational teams to turn improvement opportunities into measurable and sustainable results.\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nDefine and establish the Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing vision for the organization, working closely with key leaders to ensure effective execution.\nDevelop and continuously strengthen the Continuous Improvement toolkit, methodologies, and operating fundamentals across the sites.\nIdentify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.\nSupport Supervisors and Managers in the effective management of labor hours and operational resources.\nLead and support cost-reduction initiatives, with particular focus on labor efficiency and material efficiency.\nDrive initiatives aimed at improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and manufacturing performance.\nAnalyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and priorities for action.\nPrepare and provide periodic reporting on Continuous Improvement initiatives, results, and key operational indicators.\nPromote the application of advanced Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and 5S.\nWork closely with training resources to educate, coach, and motivate employees in the practical application of Continuous Improvement principles.\nEncourage employee involvement and help embed a strong culture of problem solving, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.\nYour Experience\nWe are looking for a structured and improvement-oriented professional with a strong understanding of manufacturing environments and the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.\nIdeally, you bring:\nSolid professional experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing or Industrial Operations.\nStrong knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools.\nExperience with Continuous Improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, 5S, OEE improvement, waste reduction and process optimization.\nExperience working with manufacturing KPIs and translating operational data into concrete improvement actions.\nStrong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to identifying root causes and improvement opportunities.\nExperience supporting or leading cost-reduction, labor-efficiency and material-efficiency projects.\nAbility to work effectively with plant leadership, supervisors, production teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage teams and promote a Continuous Improvement mindset.\nA hands-on approach, combining strategic thinking with the ability to support implementation directly within manufacturing operations.\nStrong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple improvement initiatives across different locations.\nA collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for creating a culture where people are empowered to challenge existing processes and continuously improve the way we work.\nPrysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
