You’ve delivered results:\nExperienced Lean Black Belt / CI Leader in manufacturing\nProven track record of driving measurable improvements (cost, throughput, lead time, etc.)\nDeep expertise in:Value Stream Transformation\nFlow & Pull Systems\nHoshin Kanri\nSMED, TPM, Standard Work\nDaily Management & Visual Systems\n\nBut more importantly:\nYou know how to influence leaders who don’t report to you\nYou’ve successfully changed behavior, not just processes\nYou push for impact over activity\nStrong Differentiators\nLean systems experience (TPS, Danaher, etc.)\nAdvanced problem-solving and analytics (SPC, regression, hypothesis testing)\nChange leadership credentials (PROSCI, Agile, etc.)\nThe Bottom Line\nThis role is for someone who wants to:\nOwn a transformation-not just participate in one\nBuild something that actually lasts\nOperate as a true strategic partner, not a support function\nIf you’re already succeeding where you are-but know you could have greater impact in the right environment -this is that opportunity.\nRequired Competencies, Education, and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial engineering strongly preferred)\n3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with leadership in Kaizen, Continuous Improvement.\nProficient in Gemba Kaizen, Value Stream Analysis, Visual & Daily Management, Hoshin Kanri, SMED, TPM, Standard Work Development, and 3P Layout.\nStrong ability to facilitate Kaizen Events on these methods and tools and helping to identify future Lean minded personnel.\nProficiency leading cost reduction and process flow improvement initiatives.\nProficiency with Kaizen tools, such as 3P, TAKT Time, Standard Work Combination Sheets, Standard WIP and Kaizen Newspaper.\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to provide leadership and strategic direction as part of the site leadership team.\nPreferred Qualifications :\nLean Master on TPS or Danaher Business System Certification.\nProject management experience with a proven track record of meeting timelines or proactively adjusting to achieve planned goals.\nAgile certification such as SCALE.\nChange management such as PROSCI certification.\nStrong analytical background - SPC, Hypothesis Testing, Regression, and Correlation Analysis.\nProblem-solving skills, such as 5-Whys, 8D, Shainin, etc.\nThe typical base salary range for this role is ($93,000 to $139,000).
