Actual placement within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, education, skills and geographic location.\nProject Manager (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Systems/Manufacturing):\nThe project manager is responsible to define the scope and start the project, drive progress and timely completion following all the safety mandates and requirements. Documents the procedures and process for the proper execution of the project.\nWe are looking for a candidate:\nWith a strong background in project management and a desire to work in a TEAM environment with support and input from multiple angles that values safety above all else.\nWith the ability to prioritize, schedule, and logistically manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.\nWho will collaborate with the existing team to facilitate equipment installation projects & building construction/renovation projects.\nThe Project Manager Will:\nDevelop Projects:Identify and manage the project risks.\nDevelop the scope of the project through collaboration with multiple stakeholders.\nDevelop and implement project plans.\nSpecify all the relevant company and industry standards required for the design, installation, & construction of the assigned project.\nDevelop requests for quote that include all the relevant information for bidding projects.\nIdentify and apply for/facilitate any necessary permitting.\n\nExecute Projects:Manage the execution of projects.\nManage contracted and in-house resources, as necessary to complete projects\nPrepare all relevant project execution procedures, specifications, and documentation.\nManage EHS at the site and ensure delivery of all EHS targets. Carry out frequent reviews of the site EHS and continuously seek to improve the conditions.\nEmbed a strong safety culture in the project team, contractors and workers on site.\nFollow up on projects to ensure proper execution.\nPrepare and implement progress reports on projects.\nPrepare punch lists towards the end of all projects.\n\nCommission and Handover Projects:Follow up on punch lists to verify projects are completed and coordinated with all stakeholders.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nEngineering degree (Bachelor’s).\n5+ years of experience in industrial project management.\nOrganizational and project management skills, along with effective communication skills.\nSkilled at managing contractors and consultants.\nExperience in delivering projects on time and within budget.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in the wire manufacturing industry.\nManufacturing engineering experience.\nProject Management certifications.\nHas basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, building systems, utilities, and repair procedures relating to facilities management as well a life safety monitoring and control systems for equipment.\nHas experience reviewing specifications and developing mechanical or electrical layouts.\nGood computing and software skills including AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.\n-----------------------------------------\nJob Offer Fraud Alert\nWe take the security of our candidates seriously.
