(Make Your Mark!)\nTeam Overview and Job Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will respond to all inquiries from new and established customers, process requests for quotes, enter orders, managing orders, and work with functional areas throughout the organization to ensure customer satisfaction.\nWhat you’ll do:\nManage quote requests, product promotions and analyze sales data\n\nManage customer requests, including phone calls, e-mails, etc.\n\nReview and interpret customer specifications, applications, and terms and conditions with assistance from Engineering\n\nProcess requests for quotes by providing pricing and product availability in a timely fashion\n\nProcess orders from customers and acknowledge within 48 hours\n\nContinuously develop product knowledge through internal and/or external trainings\n\nProcess customer returns and claims in a timely manner and initiate corrective action if necessary\n\nParticipate in cross-functional projects impacting the department and the organization\n\nInterface with various departments within the company, including Shipping, Scheduling, Quality, Manufacturing, Credit, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management, in order to meet the needs of the customer and to ensure timely delivery and accurate receipt of products\n\nProvide back-up assistance and coverage for other teams as required\n\nBe the voice of the customer to the Prysmian organization\n\nWho are we looking for?\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nExperience in inside sales, account management, or customer service\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\n\nAnalytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills\n\nTechnical aptitude to understand product functionality, specifications, and applications\n\nDesire and ability to excel in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment\n\nMotivated both individually and on a team level\n\nOrganizational, time management, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills\n\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree or student\n\nKnowledge of SAP\n\nPrysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities, who will enhance the quality of service and contribute to the Group’s success.
