# Process Engineering Assistant/Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities · Lead the Process Engineering team by establishing clear objectives, coaching, and developing engineering capability across the department. · Drive mid- to long-term strategies for process optimization, automation, and technology roadmap to support plant competitiveness. · Work cross functional with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, Commercial, R&D, Sustainability, HR, and Supply Chain. Process & Performance Management · Participate in Daily Operation Meeting, Weekly Operation Meeting, and others as need. · Ensure updated Process Control Plan is available and its conformance. · Ensure good quality production with scrap minimization. · Ensure systems are in place, SPC, Control Plan, Process Capability Analysis, and PFMEA. · Lead root cause analysis and process improvements (DMAIC, 8D, Lean Tools). · Ensure all KPIs are achieved with improvement efforts. Continuous Improvement & Projects · Lead high-impact Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce scrap, increase productivity, and improve yield. · Oversee process change management, including new equipment introduction, trials, pilot runs, and commissioning activities. · Lead
