The Production Line Operator is responsible for the day-to-day duties in running equipment to produce quality product, safely and in a timely manner.\nResponsibilities\nWork in a safe manner at all times while following all safety policies and procedures.\n\nMaintains a clean and safe work environment. Identifies any potential safety hazards to Supervisor or HSE Manager to promote the “Zero and Beyond” safety goal/initiative.\n\nOperators are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards including visual and mechanical inspection of product.\n\nPerforming setups in accordance with established procedure.\n\nLoading/unloading equipment.\n\nWork from written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders.\n\nMaintaining and logging all information required supporting traceability and quality.\n\nParticipating in cross-training activities\n\nPerforming other duties as required or directed.\n\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.\n\nBasic mathematic skills; adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and basic percentages.\n\nMust be able to pass background check and drug test.\n\nWilling to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.\n\nPrior manufacturing experience is a plus.\n\nYou must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day.\n\nYou must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.\n\nYou must be able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.\n\nYou must be able to demonstrate mechanical and computer skills.\n\nOpportunity to be trained and drive fork-lift if needed.\n\nMust be able to work in a High Performing Team Environment with limited supervision.\n\n-----------------------------------------\nJob Offer Fraud Alert\nWe take the security of our candidates seriously.
