This role is responsible for leading hourly production employees, driving safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance while developing a high-performing team culture. This position is also responsible for effectively managing cross-functional relationships with other departments to support effective use of manpower, materials, and equipment, as well as productivity improvement initiatives.\nThis position leads a team of approximately 27 employees on our 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
