The project coordinator provides support across the team to ensure the provision of core operational functions are delivered in a high level and professional manner that strives to achieve a successful project business cycle.\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage end to end project customer interaction, actioning all queries, quotes and internal communications\nCoordinating project delivery and internal/external communication\nLiaise between customer’s project team and planning/production to create project supply plan.\nSupport BDM with customer event/site attendance from time to time\nCommunicating effectively across all internal teams including commercial, planning, warehouse and logistics and production (when required)\nMaintain project progress/summary report.\nSupport ad-hoc duties as required within the T&I channel and other tasks as required from time to time.\nPreparing tender quote and relevant documentation.\nWhat You'll Need to Succeed:\nPrevious experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role.\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.\nHigh attention to detail and numerical accuracy, particularly when working with tenders, project orders, and delivery schedules.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.\nA qualification in Project Management, Business, Sales, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.\nWhy Join Us?\nBe part of a global leader in energy and telecom cable and connectivity systems.\nWork ina dynamic, inclusive, and driven and safety-focused environment.\nCompetitive salary and benefits on offer\nPrysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
