The department is responsible for sourcing goods and services required by the manufacturing operations, ensuring competitiveness, supplier compliance, cost efficiency, and continuity of supply aligned with internal customer requirements.\nYou will join a dynamic team of six procurement professionals and work closely with Senior Buyers, providing support across a broad range of purchasing activities.\nKey responsibilities include:\nSupporting sourcing and procurement processes for indirect materials, services, and operational requirements.\nRequesting quotations, analyzing commercial proposals, and assisting in supplier negotiations.\nCreating and following up purchase orders in SAP.\nMonitoring supplier performance, delivery commitments, and contractual obligations.\nCoordinating with internal stakeholders from Operations, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, and other functions.\nPreparing reports, spend analyses, presentations, and procurement documentation.\nSupporting supplier qualification and compliance activities.\nParticipating in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.\nMaintaining purchasing data and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\nThis role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to strategic sourcing activities while developing strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills within a multinational manufacturing environment.\nWho Are We Looking For?\nWe are looking for a proactive and motivated student in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.\nThe ideal candidate should demonstrate:\nStrong analytical and organizational skills.\nInterest in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.\nIntermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.\nGood command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.\nSAP knowledge is desirable.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different stakeholders.\nTeam-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.\nHigh level of autonomy, accountability, and attention to detail.\nThe company provides on-the-job training and continuous development opportunities, allowing the successful candidate to build procurement expertise and progressively assume greater responsibilities within the organization.\nPrysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
